A 9-Month Journey of Embodied Archetypal Healing
Based on the upcoming book by Rev. Dr. Pamela Hancock, A Return to Totemism: Collecting the Sacred Objects of Your Individuation Journey.
In a culture that treats objects as disposable, we are invited to remember: the material world is sacred. Our ancestors carved goddesses from stone and etched symbols into wood not for decoration—but as portals. These objects were not things—they were relationships.
Reclaiming Totemism is a 9-month ritual workshop series guiding participants back into deep relationship with personal totems and the archetypes they embody. This work is rooted in animism, feminine psychology, and embodied spirituality.

Rev. Dr. Hancock will introduce the philosophy and practice of totemic ritual, including Jungian and animist foundations. - Part II: Archetypal Wisdom
One of nine feminine archetypes is explored through story, reflection, and inner work. - Part III: Totem Creation & Ritual
Participants engage in a guided active imagination to meet the archetype, select or bring an object to represent it, and ritually imbue it with meaning. The body becomes altar; the totem becomes tether.
All materials are provided, including a curated selection of totemic objects to choose from. Participants are also welcome to bring their own meaningful items to incorporate.
