Breathwork & Singing Bowls: A Deep Dive into Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound Healing
Join us, Dr. Pamela Hancock and Kimberly Quezada, LMFT, CCTP-II, for a transformational afternoon of breath, sound, and ritual designed to restore balance and open pathways of healing. This unique workshop blends ancient practices and modern techniques to help you release, renew, and reconnect with your deepest self.
Our Journey Together:
- 🌿 Chakra Clearing Sound Bath (Pamela) — We begin with a resonant sound bath using singing bowls, attuned to clear and harmonize the energy centers of the body. Let the vibrations prepare you for the deep work ahead.
- 🌬️ 60-Minute Breathwork Session (Kimberly) — Experience the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork, a circular breathing practice that gently bypasses the busy mind and accesses deeper layers of the body, emotions, and subconscious. By increasing oxygen flow and activating the nervous system, this practice can release stored tension, uncover insights, and create space for healing, clarity, and expanded states of awareness.
- 🎨 Integration Through Art (Kimberly) — Following breathwork, we’ll take 15 minutes to ground and integrate using simple art practices. Express what arose during your session and give shape to your inner experience.
- 🍵 Root Chakra Tea Ceremony & Closing Sound (Pamela) — We close together in sacred space with a Tea Ceremony featuring grounding Root Chakra tea. Singing bowls return to accompany the ritual, sealing in the energy of renewal and balance.

What You’ll Learn:
In this workshop, you’ll explore the planet and constellation archetypes of the season, the fixed star of Winter, Goddesses and the Tarot figures that govern this timeframe. Together, these teachings reveal the energetic signature of the Winter season and how to work with its currents based on your unique astrological chart.
You’ll first learn to understand the seasonal energy itself—its symbolism, rhythm, and influence—and then discover how to apply that understanding to your own placements. Each participant will also receive a personalized mini-reading, highlighting the most powerful placement in their chart and how it can best support them through the Winter cycle. This will enable you to practice with this information for the entire season.
