A Ritual for Honoring, Releasing, and Continuing the Bond…Grief does not live only in the mind.
It lives in the body…in the breath…in the spaces where love once moved freely. At Sacred Path Coaching, Grief Tending is a guided ritual experience designed to help you move grief through the body, honor your beloved, and find a way forward without leaving them behind. The Ritual Includes: Labyrinth Walk for Grief Release You will walk the labyrinth with intention, gently allowing grief to surface and move—step by step—through the body. This is not about letting go of your loved one… It is about releasing what is stuck, so love can flow again. As part of this process, we incorporate Archetypal Sound Healing using the Sanctuary’s vibroacoustic sound chair and singing bowls. These vibrational frequencies support the body in softening and opening, allowing grief to be processed somatically—beyond words, beyond thought. Sound becomes a companion in the journey, helping you tend what is held in the body and gently restore a sense of inner flow. ⸻ Ancestor Vessel Creation At the center of the labyrinth, you will create a sacred vessel to house the presence of your beloved. This may include: • Herbs for remembrance and protection • Ashes (if available) • A photograph or small object • Personal symbols of connection This vessel becomes a living bridge—a safe and intentional way to stay in relationship across the veil. ⸻ Integration & Grounding We will close the ritual with grounding, reflection, and gentle integration—helping your nervous system settle and your heart reorient. ⸻ ✨ Optional Add-On: Oracle Reading (+$75) When you are ready, we can open to guidance-- Receiving insight on what is emerging next in your life as grief begins to shift. ⸻ 💫 Investment Ritual Experience: $200 With Oracle Reading: $275 Grief is love that has lost its place to land. The labyrinth is an ancient map of the soul—walk its path to uncover your own. Labyrinths are powerful tools for meditation, healing, and self-discovery. In these sessions, I guide individuals and groups through labyrinth walks designed for clarity, intention-setting, or personal transformation. Archetypal Medicine Journeys
Step into the center of your own myth—meet the archetypes that calls you forward. These guided experiences combine labyrinth walking, archetypal exploration, and creative integration to facilitate deep personal insight. Through structured sessions, you will: • Embark on a symbolic journey into your inner landscape • Encounter your "Daimon" - the Archetype at the center of your purpose (your “acorn,” as James Hillman describes) or the Healer who resides within.
